Charlestown, Nevis, November 8, 2018 – According to confirmed reports, John Yearwood, one of the owners of Oualie Beach Hotel in Nevis, was shot and injured during an armed robbery early Thursday morning.
According to multiple sources, two armed masked men entered the Jones Estate home while the occupants were asleep.
Sources say the intruders were confronted and Yearwood was shot in the leg while he wrestled with one of the intruders.

During the same night, a young man is nursing injuries as he was in the back of a building where he keeps his car cleaning equipment.
According to reports Ian Pemberton was shot in the head and chest by a lone gunman early Thursday morning.
